Where do your products come from?

All of our items are natural and made in the United States using local, seasonal and high quality products from nearby farms that are respectful of their animals and have strict standards i.e. never use artificial preservatives, additives or GMO.

Each product is handcrafted with care by Chef Aurélien using traditional French techniques with the best quality of meats. It is essential to provide you with the highest quality charcuterie and meat items possible.

 

What is the shelf life of your products?

Every item has to be kept for 14 days in the refrigerator in its original packaging and if open, it should be wrapped in plastic film and kept refrigerated for about 4 days. Its color can change a bit due to oxidation and if you see that it gets sticky or smells off, then don’t eat it!

Can I freeze my products?

We do not recommend freezing pâtés and mousses but sausages can be kept in the freezer.
