What is pâté/terrine?
It is a French delicacy made of various ground meats combined with spices, fruits, vegetables, wine/liquor and other high-end ingredients like black truffle and foie gras.

How do I serve this charcuterie trio?
It is meant to be served at room temperature as an appetizer, a main course, or as part of a larger meal. It pairs nicely with seasonal vegetables, a salad, or a selection of cheeses. To make an impressive presentation, serve it with fresh ingredients like fresh fruits and a side of bread and pickles.

Is liver mousse the same as pâté/terrine?
Chicken liver mousse is a bit different than a pâté. Typically, the mousse is made with livers from chicken, duck and pork and is finely mixed (emulsion) which offers a lighter and airier texture. Our mousse is made with fresh ingredients and no added fillers, giving it a rich and buttery flavor.

What is Rillettes de Porc?
Pork Rillettes is an authentic French spread made of slow-cooked pork; similar to the confit method, the meat is seasoned, slow cooked in its own fat and shredded. It is the perfect accompaniment to your favorite bread or cracker with pickles.

How long will it stay fresh?
Those terrines can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. For longer storage, wrap it tightly and freeze it for up to 3 months. Please thaw it completely in the refrigerator before serving. Enjoy!
