Chef Dufour made his own version of the famous chicken pot pie. The creamy chicken filling is made with a béchamel sauce mixed with mushrooms, green peas and onions flavored with thyme, and to make it extra special, we added a touch of black truffle! The bottom dough is a homemade pâte brisée and the top one is a flaky pastry crust.
